About the role
The Facilities and Services Coordinator oversees the day‑to‑day delivery of facilities, asset maintenance and operational services across the Centre. You will manage a diverse range of contracts and service providers, ensuring planned, preventative, lifecycle and responsive maintenance activities are delivered effectively and safely.
Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will coordinate maintenance programs, monitor contract performance, support procurement processes, and ensure facilities remain fit‑for‑purpose for our clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to balance competing operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

About you
Our ideal candidate will bring to the role:
  • Substantial experience coordinating facilities maintenance programs, including planned, preventative, lifecycle and responsive activities.
  • Strong contract and vendor management experience, including monitoring deliverables and supporting procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support site staff to deliver high‑quality operational services.
  • Experience working in a high‑volume environment with competing priorities and tight timeframes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with contractors, internal stakeholders and facility users.
  • Experience delivering customer‑focused services and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Proficiency in using technology and asset maintenance systems to support efficient operations.

Essential Requirements
  • Obtain and maintain a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
  • Availability and willingness to be on call at weekends and nights to deal with out of hours issues.
