Electrical & Facilities Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of electrical service and maintenance activities.

Manage technician schedules, prepare and dispatch work orders, and maintain clear communication throughout each project.

Monitor service inboxes and phone lines, respond promptly to requests, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Coordinate materials, quotes, and supplier information to ensure technicians are properly equipped for each service call.

Assist with vendor communication, quote preparation to clients, and quality control as needed.

Maintain a strong sense of urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management and problem-

Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience managing multi-site clients, work orders, and field technicians.

Commitment to providing a high standard of client service and responsiveness.

Preferred:

Experience in commercial facilities with a focus on electrical and lighting systems, including general maintenance and service coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.28 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
