The City of Owen Sound is seeking individuals to assist with the arena's clean-up after Owen Sound Attack games. This is a casual position, reporting to the Manager of Arena Operations. The position will perform garbage pick-up and disposal, sweeping, mopping, and washroom cleaning. Successful candidates can watch the Owen Sound Attack Games before their cleaning shifts after the games.

Previous cleaning experience and/or work experience in a similar facility are considered assets.

Skill / Competencies Required:

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Proficient time management skills and flexibility in adjusting between a variety of duties

· Demonstrate courtesy, patience, and effective listening

· Successful completion of a criminal record and vulnerable sector background check

· Ability to work varying shifts required

Please note the City is currently undergoing a Corporate-Wide Service Level Review. Therefore, potential reporting alignment or the duties and accountabilities are subject to modification.
