Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective facility management strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of our office space. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize office functionality and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Manage vendor contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, and other facility-related services to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining emergency response plans, and conducting regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility-related projects and initiatives.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce the facility's environmental impact and operating costs.


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with relevant certifications (such as CFM - Certified Facility Manager) and specialized training in facility management will also be considered.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language skills are required for this position.
  • Proven experience in facility management, demonstrating a strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
