CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a commercial office portfolio in Brisbane. This is a hands on role focused on building operations, contractor management, compliance and budget control within a key client account. You will have strong experience across commercial property, office buildings and facilities management services and enjoys working closely with tenants, contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day facilities and building operations across commercial office assets
Deliver end to end Facilities Management services, including soft and hard services
Lead contractor management, performance reviews and service delivery standards
Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasting and monthly financial reporting
Ensure compliance with WHS, fire, mechanical and statutory requirements
Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Facilities Manager within commercial office buildings
Strong knowledge of building compliance, fire services and mechanical systems
Demonstrated experience managing contractors and service providers
Solid understanding of property operations, budgets and financial reporting
High level of customer service with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced commercial environment
