Duties will include reception and upkeep tasks; checking visitors in, bookings and phone enquires, emails, facilities cleaning, stock ordering, etc.

This position is suitable for a person with an outgoing personality who has a passion for conservation and people. They must have the ability to work independently as well as being able to integrate their tasks into a bigger frame work and operate within the existing zoo team.

Weekend work is standard, including bank and seasonal holidays.

Previous experience in retail or hospitality or similar is required. While this position does not involve direct work with the animals here, the successful candidate will be dealing directly with the public and should show a general interest or passion for conservation. Computer literacy is essential, with the ability to use spreadsheets and word processing software the bare minimum.

Candidates ideally should have a full drivers license (B) and must have English C-2 Master (fluent).

Full-time, Permanent. This is NOT a seasonal position, please do not apply if you are looking for Summer/Seasonal Work.
