Facility stagiair(e)
! Wij zijn op zoek naar een gezellige MBO of HBO stagiair, die het leuk vindt om verschillende opdrachten uit te voeren. Dit is jouw kans om te leren hoe de facilitaire afdeling werkt in een grote Retail organisatie.Wat maakt deze stage zo uniek? Je komt te werken in een dynamische kantoor-/ warehouse omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat maakt deze stage zo leuk? Je wordt onderdeel van een energiek team bij vidaXL, waar je volop de ruimte krijgt om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Enthousiast geworden? Wat ga je doen?
Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat de facilitaire afdeling georganiseerd loopt. Dit doe jij in overleg met de Facility Lead. Tijdens deze stage ben jij mogelijk verantwoordelijk voor:
- Procesoptimalisaties
- Het organiseren van events
- Implementeren van (nieuwe) leveranciers & processen
- Werken met FMIS-systeem (Axxerion)
Specifieke vaardigheidseisen
- Je hebt interesse in services/ gebouw onderhoud
- Je bent analytisch, proactief en nauwkeurig.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse Taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Je volgt een MBO of HBO opleiding
