We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in EMEA at Norway, Oslo.


Job Purpose:


Manage and optimize technical and infrastructural facilities management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, and Occupancy Optimization. Ensure alignment with business strategy, corporate guidelines, and policies. Direct your team and service providers to achieve tactical and operational FM goals effectively.


Your tasks:

  • Ensure optimal functionality of building systems, such as HVAC, fire safety equipment, and elevators.
  • Oversee vendors and maintenance staff; manage contractors and third parties through KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prepare and conduct performance reviews with Facility Management Teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and administer operating and capital budgets for facilities.
  • Ensure the FM team provides efficient, high-quality service that meets both business and external needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, maintaining data integrity for the real estate portfolio.
  • Manage workspace design and utilization to meet staff and business requirements.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Complete or coordinate routine inspections to determine required services.
  • Oversee non-construction projects and recommend initiatives that enhance property value.
  • Administer environmental programs in partnership with the company's EH&S Manager, ensuring adherence to Corporate Risk Management policies and insurance requirements for vendors and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and facilities staff.
  • Operate the A/P invoice payment system to validate and approve costs associated with facilities.
  • Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.
  • Respond to after-hours facilities-related emergencies and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Your profile:

  • Over 5 years of experience in a warehouse, business office, or real estate environment, with expertise in construction project management, space planning, and facilities management.
  • Facilities Management Certification and/or relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, logical, and analytical approach to work.
