Candidate Profile:

- A qualification in education, administration, or a related field is desirable.
Job Purpose:
The Faculty Administrator will play a central role in supporting the delivery of professional programmes at Dorset College. This position involves providing high-level administrative and academic support to faculty and students, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and contributing to an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Faculty Support:
- Coordinate teaching schedules, room bookings, and course logistics.
- Ensure timely distribution and quality control of course documentation.
- Student Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for student queries related to professional courses.
- Provide guidance on course structures, assessments, and academic procedures.
- Monitor attendance and engagement, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Admissions Management:
- Manage the full admissions process for professional courses, from enquiry to enrolment.
- Respond to prospective student queries and provide accurate course information.
- Process applications, verify documentation, and coordinate interviews or assessments where required.
- Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure compliance with GDPR and college policies.
· Administrative Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolment and results.
- Support the administration of assessments, exams, and certification processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accreditation standards.
· Operational & Quality Support:
- Liaise with internal departments (IT, Finance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to departmental planning and quality assurance initiatives.
- Assist in gathering and analysing feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
