Job Description
To coordinate the recruitment, credentialing, appointment, and on-boarding process for full-time faculty. Responsible for state compliance training tracking and enforcement for newly appointed full-time faculty. Responsible for full-time emergency hire credentialing and appointment process and tracking. Responsible for tracking and records management for personnel and work authorization documents.

  • Working knowledge of employment and EEO practices and principles, including federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply human resources principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 Enterprise Software Tools (especially Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and enter data in complex automated systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to process routine administrative work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and procedures

  • Considerable experience in clerical work which includes data entry, word processing, PDF creation and manipulation, and database maintenance
  • Considerable experience in policy interpretation
  • Considerable experience in recruitment and selection related to human resources.

  • Considerable experience using Microsoft Office suite/Office 365 Enterprise software and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Prior working experience in a higher education human resources/payroll setting


Conditions of Employment
This is an open until filled recruitment. This recruitment may close after the five-day required posting period when a suitable pool of applicants has been generated.

This is not a telework/remote position. Monday – Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Annual Salary/Hourly Rate
Salary commensurate with education and experience
