Job Summary:

St. Boniface School is seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Center Teachers to join our team, working with our 18 month to 3 year olds during the day and potentially with school age kids after school gets out. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while supporting their social, emotional, and educational development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the childcare center.
• Implement engaging activities that support early childhood development.
• Foster a positive learning environment in alignment with the school's values and mission.
• Assist children with daily needs, including meals, restroom breaks, and rest periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff.
• Follow all licensing regulations and school policies regarding childcare and safety.
• Support children in socializing and conflict resolution in a respectful manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A commitment to the values and mission of St. Boniface School.
