At Relationships Australia Tasmania, we are growing our team of dedicated Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) and are looking for qualified, registered professionals who are passionate about helping families navigate separation with respect, compassion and a child-focused approach.
As an FDRP, you will support individuals and families to resolve parenting and property matters through family dispute resolution, helping them reach practical agreements while keeping the best interests of children and young people at the centre of every conversation.
Although this position is advertised as permanent full-time, we are open to considering fixed-term and/or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
Do you fit the bill?
- Current accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department, or capacity to be registered ahead of commencement.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social sciences, law or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience providing Family Dispute Resolution services.
- Strong understanding of family separation, family violence and the best interests of children.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Salary starting from $97,246 + Super / *Pro-rata
