RainTree Consulting is seeking professionals at the Master level who are licensed in the state of Indiana to provide therapeutic services (ie: LSW, LCSW, LMHA, LMFA, LAC etc) who are dedicated to helping change the lives of families in their communities. SALARY:

Temp license: $55,000 plus opportunity for bonus and overage pay

Licensure: $60,000 plus opportunity for bonus and overage pay

clinical licensure: $65,000 plus opportunity for bonus and overage pay

some job duties include:

*Complete assessments on referrals - identifying needs

*Provide therapy in the home, office or other natural setting. This may include domestic violence- survivor services; substance abuse treatment (individual); mental health, parenting assessments; family therapy etc

*Document all contacts and complete progress notes for services

*Prepare reports and communicates with collateral contacts and placing agencies

*Develop a treatment plan

*Attending family team meetings

*Participate in supervision/staffing with supervisor
