If you’re someone who loves problem-solving, learning new things, and working outdoors — and you’ve always wished your job involved animals, fresh air, and real hands-on projects — this role will be a perfect fit. We are looking for someone intelligent, capable, and ready for a job that’s never boring.
We are seeking a proactive, dependable Estate & Farm Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and daily operations across a private family estate, hobby farm, and nearby beach house. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and keeps multiple properties running smoothly.
Farm experience is not required — but you must be a strong researcher, fast learner, and confident figuring things out independently. Our property includes a wide variety of animals — big and small, common and exotic — so this role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working outdoors and around animals.
Occasional evening or weekend visits may be needed for urgent issues.
