Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Farm Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn new skills as well as the care of poultry.
Responsibilities

- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various farming tasks.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required throughout the workday.
- Help with garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and pest control.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) throughout the day.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing farm conditions.
- A passion for agriculture and outdoor work is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.86-$20.82 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
