Purpose:-
To assist the founder in all practical, operational, fabric, sampling, and production-related tasks.
Responsibilities:-
Pattern development
- Creating accurate patterns for lingerie, corsets, tops, and formalwear.
- Garment construction methods and structural techniques
Technical assistance
- Assist in fittings and technical corrections
- Prepare basic measurement charts and cut sheets
- Machine and production setup support
- Advise on suitable sewing machines and attachments
- Help plan a small production workflow
- Suggest finishing methods for clean, professional garments
- Observe production and help solve minor technical issues
Team management support
- Help find and evaluate tailors or sampling helpers
- Communicate technical details to the team correctly
- Check quality, fit, and finishing
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth workflow
(But not managing the entire team alone)
Founder's right hand support
- Work closely with the founder as long-term support
- Help convert creative ideas into practical plans
- Give honest, technical feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect brand concepts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
