Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Wear Designer with a strong background in fashion design. The ideal candidate must have prior experience designing women’s shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and coord sets. The role involves collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative designs that reflect our brand's identity and meet the market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new collections for women's shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and coord sets.
• Research global fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.
• Work with fabrics, colors, and trims to create innovative designs.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands.
• Oversee the sample development process and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
• Ensure that all designs align with JuElle's brand vision and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in women’s wear fashion design, with a portfolio showcasing shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and coord sets.
• Education: Degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software. Knowledge of garment construction and textile properties.
• Strong creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
