Duties

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Support cooks and chefs during meal preparation and cooking processes
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards
• Help with serving meals during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery to customers
• Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and storage of ingredients
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food service operations and meal preparation processes is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential
• Experience in cooking or serving within the food industry will be advantageous
• A willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks is highly valued
