We are looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Fast Food Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Hillbilly’s franchise at Inver Service Station in Fermoy.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who takes pride in excellent food quality, high standards, great customer service and developing a strong team.

About the Role

As Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of Hillbilly’s, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently high-quality experience while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and staff performance.

This will involve working some evenings a week. You will be reporting to the General Manager of Inver Service Station.

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership – Supervise, train, support and motivate staff to deliver excellent performance and customer service.

· Daily Operations – Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Hillbilly’s operation.

· Food Quality & Safety – Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation, hygiene and food safety, including compliance with HACCP and company procedures.

· Customer Service – Create a welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for every customer.

· Stock & Ordering – Manage stock levels, ordering, waste control and inventory effectively.

· Rostering & Administration – Prepare staff rosters and ensure all required records and documentation are completed accurately.

· Standards & Performance – Monitor team performance and operational standards, addressing issues promptly and positively. Adhering to the Hillbilly’s franchise agreement.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

· Has previous management or supervisory experience in fast food, hospitality, food service or retail.

· Has strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

· Is confident managing and motivating a team.

· Can remain calm, organised and effective in a fast-paced environment.

· Has a hands-on, positive and proactive approach.

· Takes pride in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer care.

· Is reliable, professional and committed to delivering results.
