Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising food & beverage service, ensuring high service standards, and handling guest satisfaction during service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise F&B service staff during shifts
- Ensure proper table setup and service standards
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
- Train and guide junior service staff
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Knowledge of food service and menu
- Guest-handling and service etiquette
- Team coordination ability
Qualification:
- Hotel Management background preferred
- 2–5 years experience in F&B service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
