Role Overview:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues
• Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences
• Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations
• Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations
• A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments
• Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children)

Salary: US$96,000 net+ (negotiable)
Start Date: January 2025
