Rochestown Park Hotel currently seeks to recruit an experienced F&B Duty Manager to assist with the F&B Operation in the both the Event Bars & Suttons Bar / Bistro

This is a full time -40 hours per week role

Duties

To help supervise and manage quality & service in the Event Bars & Bar / Bistro operations to meet and exceed customer standards and expectations.

To help raise the profile of Food & Beverage (BAR) as a department by providing the highest standard of customer care

The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

To lead by example, provide a positive attitude and enthusiasm about the Food & Beverage operation.

The training & development of team members with on the job training, motivation and communication to ensure company, departmental & personal goals.

Person Specification/ Skills

Minimum 1/2 year’s experience at Duty Manager / Supervisor level in a busy Hotel food & beverage based environment

POS MICROS / Cashier experience an advantage

Self-motivated, active and have a hands on attitude to getting things done.

Strong leadership qualities combined with people management, delegation & organisational skills essential.

Ability to drive excellence in people, standards and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €34,500.00-€35,500.00 per year
