For the NYX Hotel Rome by Leonardo Hotels we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations at our vibrant 4-star lifestyle hotel in the heart of Rome.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, trends, and innovation and brings a creative yet commercially driven approach to enhancing the guest experience.
You will oversee all F&B outlets, including our signature restaurant, lobby bar, pool lounge, and room service, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a strong brand identity.

Your main duties

• Lead, manage, and inspire the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s lifestyle brand values
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets, including breakfast, à la carte service, bar, and banqueting.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to curate creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature concepts
• Monitor quality and consistency of service and product presentation, ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Manage department budgets, forecasting, P&L, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations (HACCP).
• Actively engage with guests, respond to feedback, and use insights to improve services
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
• Strong understanding of lifestyle hospitality and current F&B trends, especially within the urban and international market
• Proven track record of team leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Passionate about guest service, team development, and innovation
• Experience in pre-opening and concept development is a plus
