Job Description

• Position Title: F&B Service Crew
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 6 days (Sun-Thu: 4pm-12am, Fri/Sat: 4pm-2am)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,500 - $3,000
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to walk-ins
• Manage queues
• Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables
• Provide excellent F&B service to guests
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Other ad hoc duties as required
