Responsibilities

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervisor the running of food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.

• Ensure smooth running and supervision of all F&B operations
• Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by team members
• Ensure all of the team members adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
• Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP
• Ensure all areas are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
• Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota
• Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual

Requirements

Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively supervise a large team

• Previous supervisor experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment is desired
• The ability to work towards achieving financial goals and targets set
• Proven ability to supervise f&b operations with a track record of delivering guest satisfaction, employee retention and engagement
• Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
