Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an F&B Guest Service Associate to join our team at Dwarka, Delhi NCR.

The role involves providing excellent guest service, handling food and beverage orders, supporting F&B sales, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, food and beverage service, or guest service are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous and professional service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Recommend and upsell food and beverage items based on guest requirements.
• Support achievement of daily and monthly F&B sales targets.
• Maintain proper food presentation and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Handle basic guest queries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and gaming teams for smooth service.
• Follow F&B, hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
• Minimize food and beverage wastage.
• Maintain punctuality and active floor presence.
• Support smooth day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in F&B service, restaurant service, hotel operations, hospitality, or guest service.
• Experience in taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
• Good grooming and professional presentation.
• Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cafés, banquets, clubs, or entertainment venues are preferred.

Work Schedule
