Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking horse person to join our team. We are looking for someone to feed our 8 horses their dinner hay! Split into 2 herds of 4, the new feeder will need to be horse savvy and have proper training with management. These shifts also include preping their breakfast mash, and their morning haynets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for equine care and be comfortable working with animals in a farm setting.
Skills
- Experience with animal handling, particularly with equine species.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to horse care and barn management.
For the right person, there is flexibility for more hours// different hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
