Female Hourly Lifestyle / Care Assistant - Full Time

We have an amazing opportunity for you to become a Personal Assistant to our client at her home in Salisbury. Join her current team of PAs to support her daily living.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £20 per hour

Hours:Week 1 - Nights / Monday 8PM to 11am & Friday 8PM to 11am, Sunday 8am to 8PM

Week 2 - Days / Monday 8am to 8PM & Thursday 8am to 8PM

About Our Client:

Our client is looking to recruit a team of Personal Assistants to add to the current team she has in place.

Our client has a Spinal Cord Injury and will require support with all aspects of her life - Personal Care, Clinical Care, Day to Day running of her home and general support.

Our client is looking for a PA who can help her enjoy life, this includes gardening, going out to different places, hosting visitors and someone who has a great get up and go attitude! So a PA with general DIY skills / knowledge would be great!

Prior care experience is not required, all training will be provided but some experience is preferred.

About the job:

You will provide our client's health and social care. Our client is confident in her ability and lives independently with the support of like-minded individuals to assist her with:

-Personal Care

-Health Care

-Social Support

-Daily Living

- Cooking

-Driving the client’s adapted vehicle

-Housekeeping / Domestic duties

About You:

You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in her particular needs is provided. An ideal applicant requirements are:

-You will need to be physically fit, calm, patient and caring

-Full UK driving licence (essential as you will be driving our client's adapted car)

-Have the flexibility to cover extra shifts would be a bonus

-Fluent in the English Language

-Reliable and trustworthy

-Provide ‘on call’ cover for absent colleague

-You must be able to respect our client's privacy and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of your work.

-Good organisational skills and being able to work on your own initiative

-A mature and responsible attitude

-Excellent hearing and communication skills

-Be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.
