South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care and Community Access to our Aged and Disability participants throughout Sydney, South West Sydney and Western Sydney.
As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion.

Responsibilities include:
· Support participants in a social, recreational outings and domestic duties.
· Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.
· Delivering personalised active support in a one-on-one setting.
· Following daily tasks instructions based on the participants needs.
· Providing personal care, food preparation and domestic cleaning.
Role Requirement:
· Qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or Aged Care.
· Current NSW driver’s license
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
· Police Check
· NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain)
· Registered Vehicle (not a must)
· COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate
Generous salary available for the right applicant, including travel and weekend shift allowances.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
