Tele Sales Conversion Executive – Ayurvedic Hospital, OMR Chennai. 3+ yrs Exp. Salary ₹20K–₹28K + incentives. Location: Okkiyam Thoraipakkam (near Mettukuppam Bus Stop). Ct. : +91 93450 12710. Handle entire patient conversion flow: enquiry → consultation → treatment → review → referral. Attend calls & WhatsApp leads, explain Ayurvedic treatments, fix doctor consultations, convert enquiries into paid patients, collect Google reviews & referrals.

Job Objective

Drive end-to-end patient conversion — from first enquiry to treatment completion — and manage the review and referral cycle after treatment. This is a results-driven tele-sales & conversion role for healthcare.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Maintain daily enquiry and conversion sheet (Google Sheet / CRM).
• Follow up regularly until conversion or closure.
• Coordinate with the front office for lead quality feedback.
• Maintain monthly reports on conversions, reviews, and referrals.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives based on:

• Number of paid patient conversions
• Number of reviews collected
• Number of referrals generated
