As a Fencing Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of various fencing structures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to digging holes, setting posts, assembling and installing fencing materials, ensuring the proper alignment and stability of the fence. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain tools and equipment. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions all year long. Hourly pay is based on experience

We rarely work on the weekends but some travel out of town is required!

Requirements:

Must have a current driver’s license as you will be potentially driving one of our company trucks and need to be on our company insurance. A driving record background check will be required!

Must have able to pass a drug screen

Must be able to work 8 to 10 hour days, 40 hours per week and overtime as required

Must be able to work in a variety of positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking and driving for long periods of time

Must be able to endure regular exposure to ALL weather conditions

Must be able to lift 50 LBS. or more
