Job Duties:

Know and understand PPE

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides following safety guidelines.

Knowledge of diagnosing and product applications.

All routes are optimized.

You will be independent and self-managed.

Show up to work every day at 7:30am, except rainy days.

We work 40 hours +.

We drive two thirds of Michigan servicing customers.

There is no residential, we’re all commercial.

You will be driving a Ford 550 with a water tanker and a cart.

You will be required to have the knowledge of how to operate and drive this vehicle.

We have a Perma Green sulky as your fertilization cart.

Requirements:

• 3A Pesticide applicators license (4+ years of actual commercial experience).
• Core certification.
• DOT medical card.
• Michigan Driver’s License, valid and clean.
• Good driving record.
• Occasional Drug test.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Running a service route applying fertilizers and pesticides.
• Drive a company vehicle with a trailer.
• Diagnosing properties and making recommendation’s.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Reliable.
• Self-Managed.
• Dependable.

• Michigan Driver’s License (Required)
• Able to lift to 50 pounds (Required)
• Chauffeur’s License (Required)
• Current D.O.T Physical (Required)
• M.D.A.R.D 3A and Core Certification (Required)
