Job Description:

Job Objectives

The jobholder, a member of the Flight Hour Services (FHS) organization, based in Singapore, reports operationally to the Head of Business Project Performance Support and functionally to the Head of FHS Processes, Methods & Tools in Toulouse . The FHS organization defines and delivers tailored packages of maintenance services designed to meet the overall requirements of the customer, ranging from FHS-components up to a Tailored Support Package (TSP). Such packages include component maintenance, spare management, airframe maintenance and engineering services that are delivered by cooperating with a partner, suppliers such as OEMs, MROs or other service providers, subsidiaries or between several Operating Units.

Job Responsibilities

The jobholder acts as a transverse and global function and interfaces with the entire SMR organization, with Customers and Suppliers IS/IT representatives, Airbus Digital Transformation community and internal/external IS/IT providers.

  • Lead Skywise and small apps development for FHS by drumbeatting internal and external suppliers (Hangar of the Future, internal team, Alten…) in coordination with the HO FHS Processes, Methods and Tools in Toulouse
  • Organize user acceptance tests globally.
  • Organize training plan and deliver training including coordinating training material and working instructions for all FHS sites and users worldwide.
  • Perform stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Organize and perform regular project communication for both internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Work together with Business Experts to re-engineer processes according to new WoW.
  • Identify measurable KPIs and provide performance measurement reports.
  • Support and influence the Data Factory team by providing business data needs and ensuring the industrial availability of FHS Data in the Skywise platform in particular for the FHS Powered by Skywise (FHS PBS) initiative with proper representation and communication toward the SKYWISE project.
  • Work together with the Qlik team lead to align on development needs ensuring that no similar development occurs in both Qlik and Skywise platforms.
  • Ensure proper cataloging and recording of FHS Tools in My Portfolio.
  • Define Business ontology and implement data quality means.
  • Support FHS Industrialization and FHS PBH projects with the data expertise on SKYWISE (identify the right data for the right purpose).
  • Develop collaborative relationship with SD-DATA governance and act as FHS Data Governance focal point supporting FHS Business Data Custodian.
  • Perform Business Owner Role for the FHS IS BOTs project

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Information Systems or related degree (e.g Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace/Industrial Engineering etc.)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Management

  • Data analysis background and experience with Business Intelligence tools

  • Project management / Product Owner experience

  • Working experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry

  • Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all stakeholders

  • Availability to travel overseas when required

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Strong acumen to Data analysis and management
