Responsibilities: The Field Administrator will be accountable for accurate data entry via Excel and room bookings for crew members and assist with onsite facilities and cleaning buildings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office programs; Emphasizes on Excel
3+ years of administration experience
Knowledge of heavy equipment is preferrable
Inter-personnel Skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work individually or within a team setting
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Certifications:
H2s Alive, First Aid Level 2, CSTS
Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Other Requirements at time of hire:
Must provide a negative pre-access drug and alcohol test
Must be able to complete various e-training/orientations
Be willing to work on an assigned rotational schedule and stay in local/camp accommodations
Schedule:
This is a shift based position located in Conklin, AB. The position duration is project specific and based on decisions of our clients regarding performance on site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
