The Role

This rewarding Field Care Supervisor role covers North Dublin and offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and support Care & Support Workers while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across the community. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working a rotating schedule of 4 days on, Week 1 and Week 2.

The Candidate

Organized, Supportive & Ready to Lead in the Field

We’re looking for motivated professionals who take pride in delivering high standards of care and supporting others to succeed. Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds a QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support, Community Care or Pre-Nursing
  • Has a full clean driving license (essential) and is willing to travel; a company car is provided
  • Has at least one year’s experience in a community or nursing home care setting
  • Has strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills
  • Can work under pressure and use initiative confidently
  • Has the legal right to live and work in Ireland
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential

About The Role

About the role

At Caremark, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality homecare services while supporting and supervising Care & Support Workers in the field. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where the majority of your time will be spent in the community.

You’ll support high-quality, person-centred care and field supervision responsibilities, including:

  • Carrying out individual needs and risk assessments for new and existing clients
  • Conducting introductory visits and ensuring all client visits are consistently covered
  • Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergencies when required
  • Liaising with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment, scheduling, and Care & Support Agreements
  • Allocating suitable Care & Support Workers to cover sickness, holidays, or schedule changes
  • Ensuring all client documentation and reports are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Managing a defined geographic area, spending most of your working week in the field with administrative time in the office as required.

Required Criteria

  • Must have previous experience in Healthcare
  • Must be living in Dublin North
  • Must have a clean Full Irish Driving Licence
  • Must have QQI level 5 award


Desired Criteria

  • Previous experience as Field Care Supervisor
