Field Engineer - Singapore

We are currently looking to expand our service delivery team in Singapore with additional Field Engineers. This is a customer-facing role that reports to our Head of Technical Services and will work as part of a team to provide installation and after-sales service of our storage systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver capable of working independently with an eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for the deployment of our storage systems
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues using remote tools and/or onsite service as required
• Accurate documentation of all activities
• Occasional travel to support regional deployments

Job Requirements:

• IT or Engineering Diploma/Degree holder
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in field service & trouble-shooting of storage and data protection equipment would be advantageous
• Familiarity of Linux / Windows servers would be advantageous
• Good IT and communication skills
• Prefer local or PRs candidate
