- Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Establishing new business by conducting field visits on regular basis
- Conducting Projection meeting, group formation and CGT
- Conducting timely centre meetings
- Maintaining proper documentations and records of each client and loan disbursement
- Loan Utilization Check by ensuring the utility and correct usage of the loan provided to the clients
- Ensuring timely collection of returns and resolving distressed collections
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and code of conduct
- Explore and Network to generate new business and increase the reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Pay: ₹23,300.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
