Builders Equipment Company is ready to hire an experienced Field Fluid Power Technician to primarily run a service truck out of our Hugo location.

Pay & Schedule

• Wage DOE
• Full-time
• Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours/week
• Home every night

What You’ll Mainly Be Servicing in the Field

• Telehandlers (Pettibone, and all other brands)
• Generators, cranes, and related equipment
• Engine, drivetrain, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics & repairs

This is a great role for a tech who wants variety, not the same stuff every day.

What You Could Additionally Be Servicing When in the Shop

• Telehandlers (Pettibone, and all other brands)
• Industrial forklifts (Yale, Clark, Combi)
• Trucks & crane trucks (International, Western Star, Peterbilt, Freightliner)
• Trailers (Precision, Transcraft)
• Passenger cars & trucks
• Generators, cranes, and related equipment

What We’re Looking For in You

• At least 2 - 3 years of diesel or construction equipment repair, and PM experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (engine, drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic)
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Good communication skills
• Clear DMV record
• Comfortable working from a heavy duty service truck
• Full set of tools to handle various situations
