- Document inventory discrepancies (e.g., in stock, on demo, rented, sold) and resolve status questions.
- Travel to offsite locations, such as repair shops or storage facilities, to photograph collateral as needed.
- Perform equipment inspections at customer sites, confirming the presence and condition of leased or financed assets.
- Complete site inspections for lenders, including interior and exterior assessments, as requested.
- Take high-quality digital photos and upload them to CSI’s reporting system.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable using mobile technology (smartphones/tablets) and web-based reporting systems.
- Flexible weekday availability (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and ability to complete reports within required timelines.
- Physically able to climb into vehicles, walk through business locations, and inspect equipment safely.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in vehicle, equipment, or collateral inspections.
- Experience in auditing, automotive, or financial industries.
- Prior fieldwork or inspection experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience and inspection volume.
- Hourly compensation for on-site, travel, and processing time.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to inspection sites.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate your availability.
- Comprehensive support from CSI’s experienced team.
