Join our team of certified technicians and “run your own business” from your company provided van! This is an entry level position (requires 4-6 weeks training). About the job as a Satellite Installation Technician - Installer - Cable Technician:

• Our technicians install and service satellite, security, and smart home equipment in the customer’s home. WE MAKE THE SMART HOME SIMPLE!
• Our compensation plan is very competitive and allows for immediate growth once training is completed (based on performance & productivity). PIECE-WISE + Commission!
• Make the most of every visit with sales commission, referral, and upgrade opportunities. (Sales commission is guaranteed! Our job is to offer our products to every customer on every job!)

What’s required for Satellite Installation Technician - Cable Installer?

• Current valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving record
• Willing to submit to criminal background and pre-hire drug screen
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• The job is entry level, but you must be willing to learn. Our work can be intricate. (We will train you!)
• Strong work ethic without direct supervision. Your success will determine your ability to grow financially. Top performers earning up to $40/HR some weeks!

What else are we looking for Satellite Installation Technician / Cable Installer?

• Exceptional customer service skills (our job is completed on-site at the customer's home. It's up to us to make them feel comfortable.)
• Electrical, maintenance, or telecommunications experience can shorten training time and increase your compensation quicker.
• Sales experience will increase immediate commission potential and expedite training as well.
• Works well in a team setting and can communicate with others.
• We are competitive and like to measure ourselves against each other! Winner's earn bonus incentives as well as prizes.

Physical Requirements (Must be able to):

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Climb and work from ladders from 12'-40'. We use ladders on virtually every job. No fear of heights!
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas. Cabling requirements can lead us to small space.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods
• Use of power tools on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
