Job Title: Research Assistant / Field Research Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct field data collection strictly in accordance with the approved research protocol

Perform accurate data entry and data verification to ensure data quality and consistency

Collect, process, and handle blood samples following standard laboratory and biosafety procedures

Maintain both hard copy and soft copy research records systematically

Regularly update research databases and ensure timely data reporting

Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per MDRF and applicable research guidelines

Coordinate effectively with the research team, hospital staff, and field personnel

Assist in participant screening and ensure adherence to eligibility criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MSc in a relevant science or BSC Science & laboratory-related discipline

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Work Type: 100% field-based role

Key Skills & Competencies (Optional but Recommended):

Knowledge of research ethics and clinical research practices

Basic laboratory and sample handling skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel and work in field settings

Work Location: Gopalapuram

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
