We are hiring a Field Laborer to assist with infrastructure and cable installation projects. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the telecommunications industry.
You will work alongside experienced technicians supporting fiber and cable installation projects in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with underground and aerial cable installation projects
- Support fiber optic cable pulling, routing, and placement
- Prepare and maintain job sites, tools, and materials
- Perform basic construction tasks such as trenching and drilling
- Follow safety standards and field procedures
- Work as part of a team to complete daily project goals
Requirements
- Experience in construction, general labor, or outdoor work preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Willingness to learn technical skills in telecommunications
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
