Position Overview

Lead, support, and actively participate in delivering services alongside field staff across multiple client locations, while ensuing service quality, and help deliver an outstanding client experience.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who enjoys working independently, leading others, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a dynamic, pivot-and-turn role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support field staff across multiple client locations
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure company standards are met
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members
  • Coordinate schedules and assignments
  • Communicate with clients and address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory needs
  • Respond to urgent service requests and operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Represent Think and Do Partners professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to use smartphones, scheduling apps, and basic computer programs; Google, Google Drive + proficient typing skills
  • Hands-on experience in residential cleaning, decluttering and organizational projects, laundry care, and coordinating the purchase and delivery of household items.
  • Strong online research skills with the ability to locate, evaluate, and summarize information efficiently.
