Role Overview:

We are seeking an articulate, professional, and confident Field Outreach Representative to join our regional growth team. Operating directly within targeted residential and commercial areas across the GTA, you will act as the primary point of contact introducing our premium property solutions to local property owners and decision-makers.

This position focuses entirely on community education, brand awareness, and lead qualification. There is no direct closing or financial transaction required at the door. Representatives are responsible for engaging property owners, assessing potential property needs, and scheduling interested prospects for a complimentary, no-obligation consultation with our senior estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Engagement: Conduct daily field outreach within assigned GTA neighborhoods and commercial hubs to introduce Film Bros’ solutions to homeowners, business owners, and property managers.
• Property Consultation & Education: Deliver professional, informative overviews of our services. Key focus areas include structural comfort (solar heat rejection), neighborhood safety (security and break-in prevention film), and premium interior preservation (UV protection, privacy films, and protective surface films or ceramic coatings for high-use countertops).
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate property characteristics to identify strong candidates for our architectural solutions and engage with key decision-makers to determine genuine interest.
• Calendar Management: Secure and coordinate convenient appointment windows for interested prospects to meet with our consultants.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Maintain the highest standard of corporate integrity. Strictly adhere to company brand guidelines, local municipal bylaws, and Ontario Consumer Protection standards.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional face-to-face communication, strong active listening abilities, and a natural capacity to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Professional Presence: Ability to represent a premium brand with a polite, non-aggressive, and consultative approach.
• Self-Management: Highly organized, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Mobility: Must have your own vehicle and a willingness to travel to various targeted territories across the GTA and surrounding areas.
• Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check as part of our commitment to homeowner safety and trust.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Compensation Structure: $18 per hour, plus an attractive $25 bonus structure for every qualified consultation booked.
• Vehicle & Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage allowance to fully cover your fuel and vehicle wear while traveling between targeted field territories.
• Schedule Flexibility: We offer flexible scheduling options with a mix of weekday afternoons and weekends to maximize your reach when property owners are most available.
