Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: West Bengal

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Weekly Off: One scheduled day off per week.

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face and voice of OIG ShopLocal. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with local shop owners, demonstrate the value of our mobile app, and drive user adoption. This is a perfect ground-level opportunity for freshers looking to build a successful career in the fast-growing tech and sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local retail businesses (e.g., general stores, boutiques, cafes, etc.) within an assigned territory.

Introduce and clearly demonstrate the features and benefits of the OIG ShopLocal app to shop owners and decision-makers.

Understand the challenges faced by small retailers and effectively explain how our app provides a simple, powerful solution.

Assist interested shop owners with downloading the app and completing the initial setup process.

Provide basic, on-the-spot training to ensure new users are comfortable and confident using the app.

Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients in your area.

Meet daily and weekly targets for demonstrations and new user onboarding.

Gather and report feedback from the market to help our development team continuously improve the product.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).

Experience: Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior sales experience is required.

Language Skills:

Fluency in the local regional language is essential.

Basic ability to read and understand English.

Technical Skills: Must be comfortable using a smartphone and have a basic knowledge of how to install and navigate mobile apps.

Personal Attributes: Must have a polite, professional, and patient demeanor.
