WE’RE HIRING: Field Sales Officer – FMCG
Full-Time | Immediate Joining
About the Company:
Join a rapidly growing FMCG brand dealing in Multigrain Chips, Breakfast Cereals, Beverages, and Hygiene Products. We’re expanding across retail and distribution channels and are looking for smart, energetic individuals to lead field sales and ground-level marketing efforts.
Job Role:
- Daily field visits to retail outlets and distributors
- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and increase market penetration
- Appoint new retailers and distributors in uncovered areas
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability & shelf visibility
- Implement local promotions, product sampling, and marketing activities
- Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence
- Maintain daily reports and share market feedback
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG field sales (preferred in snacks, beverages, cereals, hygiene)
- Strong knowledge of local market and retailer network
- Must be hardworking, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
