Job Opportunity: Field Sales Representatives

We are expanding our team and looking to onboard at least 50 active Field Sales Representatives across Ontario and at about 30 positions opening in Montreal, QC.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Regular Hours: 7 hours/day, 5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective restaurants within assigned territories, present our online platform, and close sales.
• A verification link will be provided for candidates to confirm each eligible new restaurant. Candidates are responsible for planning their own routes.
• Log visit details and outcomes in our collaboration app (Lark) each time you visit a new customer.
• Meet weekly activity and performance goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Sales experience in any field is required. Restaurant industry experience and customer service experience are assets.
• Access to a personal vehicle (required for candidates residing outside the GTA).
• Please note fuel allowance is not provided.

Our general pay structure is as follows:

Regular pay: $20 CAD per hour (Regular hour pay based on number of hours you worked and registered in system; regular shift scheduled from Monday to Friday from 10:30AM to 5:30PM);

Bonus Pay: There are currently three types of bonus eligibility. If applicable, the total bonus payable will be the sum of any bonuses earned under the categories below:

• Personal Goal Achievement: Personal bonuses are awarded based on the number of individual performance goals successfully achieved.
• Personal Ranking: A personal bonus may be awarded based on individual ranking, such as being evaluated as the top (No. 1) salesperson on a weekly basis.
• Group Ranking: Group bonuses are awarded based on tiered group performance. Each tier corresponds to a defined set of tasks and goals. Once the required number of goals is met, the applicable group bonus will be awarded.

Bonus details will be elaborated in the training session following the selection of qualified candidates. Bonus pay is subject to change based on any restructuring of the sales model.

Performance Tracking

• Each sales representative will receive a daily summary of their performance metrics (visits, conversion rates, and commission breakdown) either in the group chat or in their personal record.
