Roles & Responsibilities
Account Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and pitch to HoReCa accounts premium cafes, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, hotels, bars, lounges, and specialty F&B formats
- Build the institutional pipeline across corporate offices, co-working chains, gyms, fitness studios, airports, cinemas, hospitals, and premium schools
- Negotiate listing terms, trade margins, payment cycles, exclusivity windows, and joint business plans
- Drive onboarding end-to-end: PO generation, KYC, vendor master setup, GST documentation, and first dispatch
Account Management
- Own a portfolio of key accounts with full responsibility for listings, reorders, sell-through, and share of throat; minimize churn through proactive engagement
- Build trusted relationships with category buyers, F&B managers, procurement heads, and outlet operators
- Conduct regular outlet visits; audit shelf, fridge, and menu placement; resolve service or quality complaints quickly
- Drive in-outlet activation: sampling drives, staff training, menu integration, POSM deployment, and visibility audits
Revenue & Planning
- Deliver monthly volume, revenue, and outlet-count targets per channel; track variance weekly
- Forecast demand by account
- Manage receivables, credit terms, e-way bills, IGST compliance, and dispatch coordination
Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with marketing on trade schemes, POSM, and account-specific activation campaigns
- Feed competitive intelligence, pricing benchmarks, and consumer feedback into product, packaging, and brand decisions
- Maintain CRM hygiene, run weekly pipeline reviews, and submit monthly business reports to the founder
Market Building
- Represent Schwifty at trade shows, F&B expos, and industry forums
- Scout and propose new B2B channels — airlines, premium retail, subscription boxes, and corporate gifting
