Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals for our outdoor hoardings, digital screens, and digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
• Pitch advertising solutions including:

Outdoor hoardings

LED screens & cinema advertising

Digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
• Maintain daily reporting of meetings and conversions.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales / direct sales.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings
• Knowledge of the local Jaipur market is an advantage.
• Freshers with a strong sales attitude can also apply.
