Field Sales Rep – Reeward (Commission Only | Flexible Hours)

Reeward is a free digital loyalty app for local businesses — cafés, barbers, restaurants, and salons. We're expanding across Ireland and looking for self-motivated sales reps to onboard local businesses in their area.

The pitch is simple: Reeward is completely free for businesses. No monthly fees, no hardware, no POS integration. We even pay businesses €1 for every customer who activates their loyalty card. You're walking in with something that costs the owner nothing and pays them money — not a product they have to be convinced to buy.

What you'll do:

• Visit local businesses in your area (cafés, restaurants, barbers, salons)
• Introduce Reeward to the owner with a short 2-minute pitch
• Get them set up on the spot — takes 10 minutes
• Log your onboards and get paid

What you'll earn:

• €80 per business successfully onboarded
• No cap — the more you onboard, the more you earn
• Leads and territory provided

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable walking into businesses and talking directly to owners
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
• Any existing connections in hospitality, food, or retail is a big advantage
• Previous field or B2B sales experience preferred but not essential — we'll train you

What we provide:
